Hi there! I’m glad you’re here. For the past 10 years, I’ve been on a journey to better understand diet and nutrition in hopes of achieving a leaner, more athletic physique.
I struggled for years losing and gaining the weight back and always being hungry constantly! I tried the diet trends in hopes to manage my appetite and weight, such as carnivore, high protein, and vegan diet they didn’t help.
Determined to find a sustainable solution, I delved into the science of fat loss and the mechanisms of satiety and fullness. This in-depth study helped me understand what elements of diets worked while others do not.
I started to implement these with trial and error refining the process to find what really worked and I finally have managed to achieve a lean physique
