About Aren

I have been studying about diet and nutrition for 10 years trying to optimise my body composition, aka lose fat and get lean.
I have always wanted to achieve lean athletic physique but I struggled for years losing and gaining the weight back and always being hungry constantly! I tried the diet trends in hopes to manage my appetite and weight, such as carnivore, high protein, and vegan diet they didn’t help. 
So I delved into the science of fat loss and the mechanisms of satiety and fullness. This in-depth study helped me understand why certain diets work while others do not. 
I started to implement these with trial and error until I began to find what really worked and now I finally have managed to achieve a lean physique.
Qualifications include:
Personal training Certification 3-4. 
Diploma in dance at Te Awaha, New Zealand
