I have been studying about diet and nutrition for 10 years trying to optimise my body composition,
Delving into the science of fat loss and the mechanisms of satiety and fullness. This in-depth study helped me understand why certain diets work while others do not.
I started to implement these with trial and error until I began to find what really worked and now I finally have managed to achieve a lean physique.
Qualifications include:
Personal training Certification 3-4.
Diploma in dance at Te Awaha, New Zealand
